BIG SKY RESORT

The BSATSMC housing bloc closes on December 28th, 2022

Reservations can be made to stay at the Big Sky Resort (Huntley, Shoshone and other properties) by going online (see Home page) or calling 1-800-548-4486 and referencing the “Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference” (BSATSMC) for discounted hotel and lift ticket rates.

Please note that the only way to get discounted lift tickets is to stay in Big Sky Resort properties.  YOU MUST ORDER ONLINE FOR DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS, at:   BSATSMC LIFT TICKETS

Visit the Big Sky Resort Website for information about the resort. Lodging floor plans and photos are available at BSATSMC Housing Link. Also, please note that all Big Sky hotels are smoke free and roll-a-way beds are $25/night.

INTERNET ACCESS:
Guest internet at Big Sky Resort varies with each property. High Speed wireless internet is complimentary in all hotels (Huntley/Shoshone/Summit/Village Center) and public areas (Summit Lobby/ Village Center Lobby/Huntley Lobby/Moonlight Lodge/Mountain Mall). Internet availability in all condos is at the discretion of each owner. Internet is never guaranteed in the condominiums, and the majority of condominiums do not have internet. A separate fee-based policy is in place for most of the Moonlight properties. Big Sky Resort does not have the authority to waive these fees or alter the policy in any way.

Breakfast: The Huntley Lodge, Shoshone Condominiums and Village Center lodging rates (quoted per room, per night) include a daily breakfast buffet for each registered guest. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30-10:30am in the Huntley Dining Room. The Whitewater Inn includes a daily continental breakfast for each registered guest. The Summit Hotel, Snowcrest Lodge and Vacation Rental rates do not include breakfast.

Please note: Lodging rates are quoted at single occupancy (Please see link on Home Page.) Each additional person in the room is an extra $25/per person/night.

Huntley Lodge, and Shoshone rates  include a daily breakfast buffet in the Huntley Dining Room plus gratuity for each registered guest. Summit rate is quoted per room per night and includes a daily breakfast buffet in the Peaks Dining Room plus gratuity for each registered guest. Breakfast is served in all facilities daily from 6:30-10:30am only. The Whitewater Inn includes a daily continental breakfast for each registered guest. No credits or refunds will be offered. Children 6 and under stay free when in the same room as their parents with existing beds and enjoy the complimentary daily breakfast buffet.

The above rates do not include tax and service fees.

When individual guests are responsible for their own reservations and billing is IPO, they may do so by calling Big Sky Central Reservations toll-free at: (800) 548-4486, option 2 and referencing BSATSMC 2022 to receive the discounted rates above. Please note that a deposit will be required at time of reservation.

Karst Stage – Karst Stage has shuttles throughout the day from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to Big Sky Resort and other destinations.
