Reservations can be made to stay at the Big Sky Resort (Huntley or Shoshone Lodge) by calling 1-800-548-4486 and referencing the “Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference” for discounted hotel and lift ticket rates.
Please note that the only way to get discounted lift tickets of $89/day is to stay in Big Sky Resort properties. Five day lift tickets are available for $85/day.

Guest internet at Big Sky Resort varies with each property. High Speed wireless internet is complimentary in all hotels (Huntley/Shoshone/Summit/Village Center) and public areas (Summit Lobby/ Village Center Lobby/Huntley Lobby/Moonlight Lodge/Mountain Mall). Internet availability in all condos is at the discretion of each owner. Internet is never guaranteed in the condominiums, and the majority of condominiums do not have internet. A separate fee based policy is in place for most of the Moonlight properties. Big Sky Resort does not have the authority to waive these fees or alter the policy in any way.
Huntley Lodge, Village Center, and Shoshone Condominiums rate are quoted per room per night and include a daily breakfast buffet in the Huntley Dining Room plus gratuity per each guest. Summit rate is quoted per room per night and includes a daily breakfast buffet in the Peaks Dining Room plus gratuity per each guest. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30-10:30 a.m. only. No credits or refunds will be offered. Children 10 and under stay free when in the same room as their parents with existing beds and enjoy complimentary daily breakfast buffet.
The above rates do not include tax and service fees. The current total is nineteen percent (19%) tax and service fees on accommodations. This nineteen percent (19%) is made up of seven percent (7%) state accommodation tax, three percent (3%) resort tax, and nine percent (9%) resort service fee. This amount is subject to change on a yearly basis depending on current federal, state, and local laws. The 3% Resort Tax is not included in the price of most guest activities

This twenty percent (20%) is made up of seven percent (7%) state bedding/accommodation tax, three percent (3%) local/resort tax, and ten percent (10%) resort service fee. Percentages are subject to change on a yearly basis depending on current federal, state, and local laws. The terms and concessions outlined in this agreement are subject to change if the actualized lodging pickup (based on original room block) does not meet or exceed 90%.

Big Sky Shuttle – Offers daily scheduled airport shuttles as well as Private Rides. Rates will be discounted from $56 fare to $45 for the dates of January 31, 2019 thru February 10, 2019. Nice big window for guests arriving early or staying late. The discount code will be BSAT19. Go to the website bigskyshuttle.net use the conference code, BSAT19, to receive the discount.
Karst Stage – Karst Stage has shuttles throughout the day from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport to Big Sky Resort and other destinations.
