The Board of Certification, Inc. (BOC) reviewed and APPROVED the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) program for 2019 Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference.
The provider number for 2019 Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference is P8417. The Clinical program was approved for 23.5 EBP CEUs.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and the Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference.
Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners receive 23.5 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change in 2019.
Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 23.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Registration Fee of $100:
Registration Fee of only $100 is possible because of the strong contributions of our sponsors.However, those who have limited finances should request a Registration Fee Waiver, no questions asked. Refunds will be given to anyone who registers and pays but is unable to attend.
Please note that the BSATSMC Room Block on Big Sky Resort Properties ends, effective January 1st, 2020. The published rates under “Accommodations” will still be honored for BSATSMC Attendees, but housing blocks may be full. Remember to tell reservations you are with the BSATSMC to receive the discounted rates.

The BSATSMC is pleased to offer the opportunity for all Attendees and their guests to purchase discounted lift tickets for the 2019 BSATSMC. All prices at the Big Sky Resort Ticket Windows will be full price.

Upon arrival to Big Sky Resort, go to the Snowcrest Building at the Base of Lone Mountain near the Mountain Mall and follow the signs to Equipment Rental. Tell the attendants you are with the BSATSMC and want the discounted rental rates as follows:

Information on presenting at the 2019 Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference
This meeting is intended to be a free communication among interested Sports Medicine professionals. Most attendees will be Athletic Trainers, Allied Medicine Professionals and Physicians.
Requests to present at the 2019 BSATSMC are no longer being reviewed by the Planning Committee. Please consider the 2020 BSATSMC if interest in presenting new research, case studies, or a major literature review for next year.
Unfortunately at this time there will be no stipends or travel reimbursement given for speakers who present. For further questions, please contact Jeffrey Monroe at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Poster presentations are now due January 1st, 2019.
Increased sponsorship has allowed the BSATSMC to now cover the printing and production costs for poster presentations. Details on poster format and posting are available from Jeffrey Monroe at email@example.com.
Poster Presentations abstract submission has been extended through January 1st, 2019. Original research is encouraged in Concussions and related Athletic Training Domains. Those interested in submitting a poster presentation for 2019 should contact Jeffrey Monroe with an abstract and working title at firstname.lastname@example.org
