Update on BSATSMC Housing at Big Sky Resort:
The BSATSMC housing block is about used up. However, arrangements have been made to secure more housing, remember to inform the reservationist that you are with the BSATSMC. In addition to the two hotels, Summit and Huntley, there are the Shoshone and, Stillwater condos, the Village Center Studios and the Cabins on Powder Ridge.
While some of these properties may be cost prohibited for one person, the BSATSMC is able to connect singles into finding roommates. This is done by notifying those who have registered that there is interest in someone who wants to share costs. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to help find a roommate, please specify sex of roommate requested.

Information on presenting at the 2020 Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference
This meeting is intended to be a free communication among interested Sports Medicine professionals. Most attendees will be Athletic Trainers, Allied Medicine Professionals and Physicians.
Requests to present at the 2020 BSATSMC are no longer being reviewed by the Planning Committee. Please consider the 2021BSATSMC if interest in presenting new research, case studies, or a major literature review for next year.
Unfortunately at this time there will be no stipends or travel reimbursement given for speakers who present. For further questions, please contact Jeffrey Monroe at email@example.com.
Final Poster presentations are now due January 10th, 2020
Increased sponsorship has allowed the BSATSMC to now cover the printing and production costs for poster presentations. Details on poster format and posting are available from Jeffrey Monroe at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is imperative that you have notified the BSATSMC of your intentions by December 1st with an abstract of your presentation. Original research is encouraged in Concussions and related Athletic Training Domains.
More Details on Poster Presentations:
- Deadline for Abstracts for Posters will be December 15th, 2019
- Upon receipt of the abstract, the Planning Committee will determine its’ acceptance.
- Concussion posters are encouraged, along with significant case studies, all topics are welcome.
- Once approved, final poster is to be submitted by January 10th, 2020, for processing at the Printers.
- Even though the BSATSMC will pay for all printing costs and shipping to Big Sky, posters may be taken by the author after Tuesday, February 4th.
- Regular updates on all poster presentation submissions will be via email throughout December.
